Acceptance and scope
By accessing Beacon2Beacon or requesting an assessment, you agree to these terms. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Current service status
Beacon2Beacon is presently a demonstration-stage service. Preliminary assessments, scores, comparisons, findings, and recommendations are demonstration outputs unless a page or report explicitly identifies information as verified or live.
Informational use
Outputs are provided for business planning and educational purposes. They are not legal, financial, security, compliance, or investment advice and should not be treated as verified facts without independent review.
Your submissions
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for having the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential information, regulated data, credentials, or personal information that is unnecessary for the requested assessment.
Permitted use
You may use the service for lawful internal business evaluation. You may not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape at unreasonable volume, misrepresent outputs, or use the service to violate another party’s rights.
Intellectual property
Beacon2Beacon and its original software, visual identity, report structures, and written materials remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in information you submit.
Third-party services and sources
The service may depend on hosting, storage, communications, analytics, or other providers. Future reports may reference public third-party sources. Beacon2Beacon does not control third-party availability, accuracy, or policies.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue demonstration features and may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date and, where appropriate, an additional notice.
Disclaimers and liability
The demonstration service is provided on an “as available” basis without a promise that every output is complete, current, or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Beacon2Beacon is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on demonstration outputs. Rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.
Suspension and termination
Access may be limited or ended for misuse, security risk, unlawful activity, or material violation of these terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, and responsibility survive termination where applicable.
Questions and notices
Questions about these terms or formal notices can be submitted through the Contact page. Commercial terms, payment conditions, and any additional enterprise commitments will be presented separately before a paid service is accepted.
